Which programming languages are supported?
Our APIs are available via standard REST and WebSocket protocols, making them compatible with any language that supports HTTP requests, including Python, Node.js, PHP, Java, Go, and more.
How do I get an API key?
Your API key is generated automatically when you create an account. You can view or regenerate it at any time from your dashboard.
How are API rate limits calculated?
Rate limits are enforced using a rolling one-hour window. If you exceed your quota, the API will return an HTTP 429 (Too Many Requests) response. Your quota is automatically restored as requests fall outside the rolling window.
How frequently is the data updated?
REST API data is typically updated with less than one second of latency. ProMax subscribers also receive millisecond-level updates via WebSocket.
Which competitions are covered?
Our football data covers more than 900 competitions across 176 countries and regions, including the Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, Ligue 1, UEFA Champions League, Chinese Super League, and many more. A complete list of supported competitions is available on our coverage page.
How far back does your historical data go?
Historical match data is available, with coverage varying by competition.
What are the limitations of the free trial?
The free trial is valid for 7 days and includes up to 120 API requests per hour, with access to core API endpoints. No credit card is required.
What happens when my subscription expires?
Your API key will remain active, but API requests will be rejected until your subscription is renewed. Access is restored immediately after renewal. Free trial plans cannot be renewed.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. Please contact our support team to upgrade or downgrade your subscription.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept cryptocurrency payments. Your subscription is activated automatically once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain.
How long does it take to activate my subscription?
Your subscription is activated automatically after blockchain confirmation, which typically takes 1–10 minutes. If your plan is not activated as expected, please contact our support team.
