Welcome to AnySport (“AnySport”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, APIs, software, documentation, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

If you are using the Services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information.

  • Keep your account information up to date.

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. License

Subject to these Terms and your subscription plan, AnySport grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services solely for your internal business purposes.

No ownership rights are transferred to you.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services.

  • Circumvent or interfere with rate limits, authentication mechanisms, or security features.

  • Share, sell, sublicense, or redistribute your API credentials.

  • Use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, overload, or impair our infrastructure.

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

If you use the Services in connection with sports betting, gambling, wagering, or other gaming-related activities, you are solely responsible for ensuring that such use is fully authorized and compliant with all applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and industry standards in the jurisdictions where you operate.

You must not use the Services:

  • In any jurisdiction where sports betting or gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

  • Without obtaining any required governmental approvals, licenses, or regulatory authorizations.

  • In connection with any illegal gambling operation or unlawful betting activities.

  • In any manner that violates applicable sanctions, regulations, or legal requirements.

AnySport does not provide legal or regulatory advice and makes no representation regarding the legality of your intended use of the Services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if we reasonably believe that your use of the Services is unlawful, violates these Terms, or exposes AnySport to legal, regulatory, financial, or reputational risk.

6. API Usage Limits

Your use of the API is subject to the limits specified in your subscription plan, including but not limited to:

  • Request rate limits.

  • Monthly usage quotas.

  • Concurrent connections.

  • WebSocket connection limits.

Exceeding these limits may result in temporary throttling or suspension.

7. Data Usage

The sports data provided through the Services is for lawful use only.

While we strive to provide accurate and timely data, we do not guarantee that the data will always be complete, accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free.

You acknowledge that sports events and related information may change without notice.

8. Fees and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance according to your selected plan.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable.

  • Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of Services.

  • Prices may change with reasonable prior notice.

Applicable taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, APIs, documentation, trademarks, and website content, remain the exclusive property of AnySport or its licensors.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you.

10. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

We may perform maintenance, upgrades, or emergency repairs that temporarily affect the availability of the Services.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

  • You violate these Terms.

  • You engage in prohibited or unlawful activities.

  • Your use threatens the security or stability of the Services.

  • Required by law or governmental authority.

Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AnySport disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnySport shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, or data.

Our total liability arising from or relating to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to AnySport during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AnySport, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Services after revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
